While the Italian restaurant surpassed expectations, inconsistent service and outdated room features detracted from overall enjoyment. The serene surroundings are beautiful, but be prepared for potential delays and limited dining options during peak times.

The pools were huge, like a water paradise, and my kids loved the entertainment shows every night. We also got a premium room that had a fine view, felt like we were the kings of the castle watching sunsets every evening.

It wasn’t exactly cheap but still very acceptable for what we got.

The same issue occurred during meal times, leading to frustrating waits. Limited restaurant availability also threw a wrench in our plans, as we had to plan around busy dining hours. I expected more for the price, especially with the slow service we experienced at the bar. The lack of tea and coffee facilities in our room also felt like an oversight for a hotel of this caliber.

I had an amazing time at this resort! The food was top-notch, especially the delicious pork tacos, and the stunning pools were perfect for relaxing after the day’s activities. The staff was incredibly attentive, which made our stay even better.

The venue is fine with beautiful gardens and a relaxing pool area. The views are very nice, providing a perfect backdrop for our stay. The accommodations are spacious and comfortable. Room service was quick and efficient. We had a fantastic time celebrating my partner's birthday! 🎉

We spent 4 nights and enjoyed the pools! The Levante golf course was a blast. But honestly, cleaning needs a serious upgrade, our room had a few hygiene issues. And we got hit with random charges for food we never ordered—really sketchy! The buffet had decent options though.

Impressive pools for kids and adults, including a water park. Long waits for bar service were frustrating.
